Guest Content and Abuse Policy

Evernest is designed to help people preserve meaningful memories and messages. Please treat recipients and other contributors with respect.

Do not submit content involving harassment, threats, illegal activity, impersonation, scams, privacy violations, or material you do not have the right to share.

If you believe content submitted through Evernest is abusive, illegal, inappropriate, or violates your rights, you can report it using the Report option in Evernest or email legal@evernestmemories.com.

When a report is received, Evernest may review the content and related information. Depending on the circumstances, Evernest may remove the contribution, restrict access, revoke a guest invitation or collection, suspend related functionality, or take other appropriate action.

For urgent threats to someone's immediate safety, contact local emergency services rather than relying on Evernest's reporting system.
